Meet the Little Elm Medical Weight Loss Team

Daisy & Frank Zuniga

Daisy C. Zuniga

Owner & CEO

Thank you for making us your first choice, or at least your final choice! I founded Little Elm Medical Weight Loss with the mindset of being so much more than just a weight loss clinic. I wanted you to be pleasantly surprised with the different services we offer the minute you step foot through the doors.

You will find that the clinic is comprised of a few fabulous departments; weight loss, anti-aging, hydro cocktails (IV Drip Therapy), boosters, private label supplements, skin care, and last but certainly not least, rejuvenation.

My dream and ideas was to provide services and products that represent a little bit of everything you need to look and feel your best – on the inside and out. Our highly qualified medical staff will make sure you are taken care of from the moment you walk in until the moment you walk out of the clinic.

Rest assured you are family and will be treated as such. We are here for any and all your needs. I personally appreciate your business from the bottom of my heart and I’m grateful for the trust you’ve placed in our clinic and Little Elm Medical Weight Loss’ amazing staff!

Sincerely,

Daisy C. Zuniga

Jasmine McNeil

Certified Medical Assistant

Born and raised in Sunny California, I moved to Texas in 2011. I attended Collin college and received my medical assistant certification.

I interned at an OBGYN then decided to officially start my medical career in internal medicine. I was fortunate to work with providers who took the time to build my knowledge with medicine and the human body. While I enjoyed my time in internal medicine, I have always had an interest in skin care and helping patients feel good about their bodies.

I am thrilled to join this amazing team. Little Elm Medical Weight loss is exactly the clinic I have been dreaming to work for. When I am not in the clinic, I am spending time with my family and you might catch me playing live music at one of your local restaurants or bar!

Race Karlin

Certified Medical Assistant

My name is Race Karlin, and I’m from Princeton, Texas. I graduated from Ouachita Baptist University, where I studied biology, chemistry, mass communications and conducted NASA funded research investigating various environmental conditions on model organisms under Dr. Jim Taylor. After completing my undergraduate degree, I’ve continued to advance my education by taking additional courses and pursuing an advanced degree, with a focus on nutrition and lifestyle as preventative care. I’m passionate about using my knowledge to educate others on how diet and lifestyle changes can positively impact overall health.

My passion for healthcare began in service on a medical mission trip to Catacamas, Honduras, where I worked as a medical instrument technician and assisted with pre- and post-operative care in a general surgery clinic under Dr. David Bailey. More recently, I
shadowed Dr. Sindu Igala at Southern Endocrinology and Diabetes Associates, gaining insight into endocrine conditions such as diabetes, thyroid nodules, and weight loss. Additionally, I’ve worked as an independent nutrition and lifestyle coach, helping clients improve their metabolic health through active living and nutritional education. Currently, as a medical assistant and nutrition specialist at Little Elm and Prosper Medical Weight Loss, I continue my work by educating patients and providing them with the skills
and tools necessary for long-term weight loss success.

In my leisure time I stay up to date on the latest scientific literature and cultural debate surrounding nutrition, metabolism and metabolic disease. I enjoy taking walks, being in nature, working out at the gym, and using the sauna. I also love sports, music, gaming, and spending time with friends and family.
